Office Information

Except in the case of an emergency, we prefer to see patients by appointment. This allows us to reserve ample time to care for your needs. We make every effort to keep our appointment schedule on time. Unexpected emergencies may sometimes delay our doctor, and we thank you in advance for your patience.

There is a $15 charge for appointments that are not cancelled 24-hours prior to the original appointment date. Additionally, if a patient has an appointment and does not show, there will be a $15 charge. Such fees are not payable by insurance and are the responsibility of the patient. Please extend us the courtesy of advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
