W. Christopher Cox, DPM

Dr. William Christopher Cox has been practicing exclusively at Corinth Podiatry Group since 1977. He was born and raised in the Kansas City area. He attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine. He finished his fellowship in Topeka, Ks with Dr. Charles Hepford, D.P.M. @ UCFS in 1977. He is board certified with the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery. He has been involved in many academic and professional societies since that time. These include; American Podiatric Medical Association, Kansas Podiatric Medical Association, Missouri Podiatric Medical Association, and American Diabetes Association. He is on the Medical Executive Board of Directors at Centerpoint Ambulatory Surgery and Surgicenter of Johnson County.

Dr. Cox is a specialist in the medical and surgical treatment of the foot and ankle. He has treated many problems including but not limited to: fractures, bunions, hammertoes, neuromas, ingrown toenails, warts, diabetic ulcers, and multiple other foot and ankle injuries and common foot complications. His surgical skills come with great knowledge and experience. Dr. Cox attends at least two education seminars a year to stay on top of the latest and most up to date advances in foot care. For the convenience of his patients, Dr. Cox maintains hospital affiliations with Centerpoint Medical Center and Centerpoint Ambulatory Surgery Center for his Lee's Summit patients and SurgiCenter of Johnson County for his Leawood patients.

Patient care is his upmost priority. He has developed a very loyal patient base, and always invites the opportunity to meet new patients. Dr. Cox's very knowledgeable staff helps to ensure that every patient receives the quality care they deserve. Dr. Cox enjoys vacationing in California, running, reading, and being with his family during his leisure time.
